Returns Policy

At Viper Reptile, we strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible. Please take a moment to review our return policy:

Please note that you must comply with all returns instructions provided to you via your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for items that are unused and in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery. Please contact us immediately at : info@viperreptile.com.au to start the process.

Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or if they are marked as final sale. Please refer to the product description for specific return eligibility.

These are :
Consumables such a food/treats, medications and cleaning products.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and in this case it will be deducted from the refund amount. Where the item received is incorrect or defective it will be Viper Reptile responsibility for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
